All sessions are all inclusive meaning your package already includes your digital images via digital download. A custom USB drive may be purchased from your session for 45.00.

Family, Bridal or Engagement Portrait Session
$350 {Price includes session fee and unlimited digital images presented to you in your online viewing and downloading gallery- average number of images is dependent upon the corporation of children and family in general } 1-2 hours, 1 location, and up to 1 wardrobe change. These sessions can be done either in your home or at an outdoor location. You will receive a complementary 11 x 14 professional print of the photo of your choice with any print purchase over 25.00.
Mini Portrait Session or Maternity Portrait Session
$165 {Price includes session fee and 10 digital images presented to you in your online viewing and downloading gallery} 30 minutes, 1 location, no outfit changes please.
$250 {Price includes session fee and 25 digital images presented to you in your online viewing and downloading gallery} 1 hour 1 location, up to one outfit change please.
Newborn Portrait Session
$400 {Price includes session fee and a minimum of 20 digital images presented to you in your online viewing and downloading gallery} Newborn sessions typically last between 2 and 4 hours and take place in my home studio. Newborn portraits are best when taken within the first 10 days of life but can be taken up to 14 days. Each session includes a custom birth announcement designed especially for you and a 16 X 20 print of the pose of your choice with any print purchase over 25.00.

Siblings and relatives: In studio
Siblings are welcome to participate in your newborn session. I keep water, snacks, a DVD player, cable television and lots of fun toys on hand to keep brother and or sister occupied. Please be mindful that newborn sessions are long and quiet.. You may consider having siblings join us towards the end of your newborn's session to ensure the best portraits of your newborn. Please keep the amount of adults attending the session to a maximum of three at any given time so that we all have plenty of room to move around.
I believe that all photography is highly important, however choosing a newborn photographer is especially critical. If you are considering another photographer, please consider not only the price you will pay but the investment you are making, newborn photography requires a specific skill and level that is apparent in newborn photographs. From the posing of each tiny finger, to the correct way to light a newborn session, these details matter and for this investment you should invest carefully- you can never have these moments back.
Lifestyle Newborn Portrait & Family Session
$500 This session is for those parents who want to include the entire family in the newborn session. These are typically done in your home and last up to 5 hours. I will come to your home with my newborn setup and photograph your baby with their immediate family as well as pose them in a newborn setup similar to the one in my studio.

LATE Newborn Portrait Session 15 days - 3 months
500 {Price includes session fee and 20 digital } . Newborn sessions are precious, priceless and must be done within the first 14 days of life. But as a parent I know that you can sometimes miss out on that small time frame and then what? You are left wishing your baby could have those same beautiful photos as other newborns have gotten. Well I am here to help. If you've missed that window and you would like a sleepy baby session I can likely help you with that. For babies 1-4 months of age, we will take the time to get your baby to sleep and pose him/her like a newborn. This session involves limited prop changes as older babies are harder to pose. These sessions can last up to 4 hours depending on your baby.

In hospital Capture: ( this price will be discounted to 200.00 for you if you book an in studio newborn session or lifestyle newborn session )
$500 {Price includes session fee and 15 digital images presented to you in your online viewing gallery} I hour, on location in hospital capturing the priceless moments of your infant while still in the hospital.
Milestone or Birthday Sessions
These are for the child only: Prices are for either outdoor or in studio sessions and include limited styling and props. For a themed setup please contact me to discuss your ideas and pricing.
30 minutes to 1 hour session:
$175.00 This includes up to a 1 hour session either in my home studio or at an outdoor location of your choice. Includes an online viewing gallery for purchase of prints and to download your images.

Special Events -
{Birthday parties, baby showers, and smaller sized events } $300.00 for the first 2 hours of coverage and $50.00 per each additional hour. You will receive an online viewing gallery 3-4 weeks after your event date along with a disk of your edited images for you to print as you please.

Please Note. . . . .
All bookings require a non refundable/non transferable retainer to hold your date.
* All sessions take 3-4 weeks before your digital files are uploaded at which time you will be given a link and a PIN to download your images. I no longer offer CD's of images but you are able to purchase a custom USB drive and 5 x 7 keepsake box for only 45.00.
*Any entrance or photography fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.* Travel fee applies to any location more than 25 miles (one way) from 78015.
* Nancy Berger Photography reserves the right to use any photos from your session for advertising and or marketing. Private sessions that you do not want advertised will incur a 500.00 fee
*Nancy Berger Photography is not responsible for replacing your images should they become lost. I do back up my files but there is no guarantee that your session will be backed up for any amount of time. If you loose your files or do not back them up there is a 35.00 fee to upload them again which you may do up to two times within 300 days of your session.
* Fast forward editing is available: get them within 24 hours: 75.00- you must pay this cost within 24 hours of your session date, your images will be ready within 24 hours of you making this payment.
* All sessions are edited in the order they are taken, please no not contact me to inquire about rushing your images as I have to be fair to all clients and do offer a rush service in the case you need your images right away. ( weddings take 6-8 weeks to edit )
* All images you receive are edited.
* Due to the custom nature of this business there are no refunds or exchanges on any item unless there is an error when your images are printed through me.
* prices are subject to change at any time without notice, your deposit will insure your pricing.

Weddings . . . .
In order to provide the utmost service to my brides and grooms I only book a selected amount of weddings per calendar year. As of October 2013 I will only photograph your wedding if you opt for an "unplugged" wedding.
Wedding packages begin at 1000.00
